Retexo lets you import an image, detect text, edit it, preview the result, and export a clean image. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Information We Use
- Images you choose to import from the system photo picker.
- Text detected from those images so the app can show editable regions.
- Purchase and subscription information provided by Apple through StoreKit when you buy credits or an unlimited plan.
- Private iCloud sync data used through CloudKit to keep your credit balance and usage history aligned across your devices when available.
- Basic support information you send to us if you contact support, such as your email address, screenshots, and device details you choose to include.
How Information Is Used
- Imported images and detected text are used to provide text detection, editing, preview, and export features.
- Purchase information is used to unlock credits or unlimited access.
- Private iCloud sync data is used to keep your credit balance and usage history aligned across your own devices.

On-Device Processing
Retexo is designed to perform image editing and text detection on-device. We do not require you to create an account to use the app, but iCloud may be used to sync credits across your own devices.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your imported images with third parties except when necessary to complete a transaction or when you choose to export or share an image using system sharing features.
Apple may process payment-related data under its own privacy terms when you make an in-app purchase.
